About the Chef:
Chef Brehadeesh Kumar
, a graduate of IHM Mumbai and a student of Japanese literature in Pune, spent a transformative year and a half studying at Chiba University in Japan. His passion for bridging culinary cultures of India and Japan was further ignited during his time at Kikunoi Honten in Kyoto, where he worked under the guidance of Chef Yoshihiro Murata, the renowned chef with seven Michelin stars. Inspired by this culinary journey, he is now dedicated to introducing Indian cuisine to Japanese audiences, showcasing the rich and diverse flavors of India. Indulge in an authentic and elaborate Onam Sadhya, prepared with the same care and precision that he brings to his Japanese culinary creations.
