About The Artist:
Saroj Joshi is a dedicated Oshibana artist with a strong foundation in floral art and design.
With advanced certifications from Ohara and Ikenobo Schools of Ikebana (Japan), along with an Advanced Floral Designing qualification, Saroj has cultivated a deep understanding of floral aesthetics.
For the past 20 years, she has shared her expertise at Indutai Tilak Kala Kendra, Pune, and through numerous workshops for diverse organizations. Actively involved in professional floral design, Saroj has been part of the IFD team since 2013 and a teacher with IFD Pune since 2016. Her passion extends to the delicate art of pressed flowers, where she creates unique Oshibana pieces showcased in various settings and leads workshops in this specialized craft. Saroj’s artistic journey is marked by a continuous exploration of mediums and styles within the realm of floral design.
