TIMINGS
– All visits are by prior reservation only.
-Standard Session timings: First half 9 AM – 2 PM and second half 3 PM – 8 PM.
TERMS OF SERVICE
-The farm management reserves the rights of admission.
-Visits/ events are confirmed only after receiving full payment in advance for
groups of 8 guests or less, or 50% advance for groups larger than 8 guests.
-All Kids above 1.5 years are charged.
-The Guest will be liable for damages (not limited to the Cash deposit) caused
to the farm on account of any act, omission, or negligence of the Guest.
Permissions Required
The client will need to procure all the necessary licenses / NOC required 48 hours prior
to the event and hand over to Ecoville as per requirement:-
1. PPL License (DJ) or IPRS (Live Music) | As Per Govt Norms.
2. NOVEX | As Per Govt Norms.
3. Police Permission | As Per Govt Norms.
4. Foreign Artist performer. | As Per Govt Norms.
5. Liquor License | As Per Govt Norms.
ENTERTAINMENT
– All entertainment requirements for the event are to be
discussed with Ecoville before the scheduled event.
The client is requested to monitor the natural farm assets, timing, and noise pollution levels of the planned
entertainment.
-Ecoville reserves the right to reduce volume levels should these levels exceed the comfort level and cause
inconvenience to the neighboring residents.
-The Music for any function will stand only till 10 pm as per Government rules.
DECOR
-Guest is responsible for set-up and removal of all decorations and rental items not procured
through Ecoville in stipulated conveyed time.
Preventing Damage: No fixtures are to be nailed or stuck to the property. Only eco-friendly materials or
cotton thread is permitted for hanging banners, posters, or any other object.
No damage to the property trees, furniture, equipment, plants, etc. will be accepted.
-Ecoville is not liable for any loss or damage of guest’s belongings during the event.
PARKING
All cars to be parked properly on the main road or the area outside the main gate.
No heavy vehicles like JCB or crane to be used on premises.
Caterer and Decorator vehicles also to be parked outside the property once unloading and
loading is done.
Generator backup:
Ecoville will be providing generator backup for all
the installed permanent lights on the farm.
-Any additional lights installed specially for the event by the client will need
power supply from an external source/ generator.
REFUND POLICY
Cancellations
In the unfortunate event that you will not be able to join us,
please review the cancellation policy below.
-Reservations cancelled within 1 month or at least 3 months prior to the event date will incur a charge of 25% administrative fee.
-Reservations cancelled 8 – 14 days prior to the date of the event will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
-No date changes or refunds will be entertained for any cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled date.
-Tickets for the workshops/experiences once sold cannot be refunded, transferred or carried forward to another event. Each ticket admits one person only.
